“This series they’ve asked us to do 24 eps. They’ve also asked us to do two further series, another 48 episodes, which is brilliant for talent development in terms of writers, cast and also crews. That way you can really start to build up a bank of local talent and you can try things out.

Local art director Lisa Davidson, who’s really talented, has just been promoted to production designer so it works on different levels.”
